1.1 PHILOSOPHY

Get new impetus for your professional life. With many different teaching methods (e.g. presentations, discussions, games, project work), our lecturers ensure that the lessons are varied. The interplay between different teaching styles keeps your mind fresh and makes learning even more fun.

Consistent practical relevance.

Learn in a practical and everyday way. In realistic project work and with practical examples, you will get to know real everyday work well during your further education or training. The practical relevance introduces you to your later tasks and challenges in the best possible way. Of course, optimal preparation for your final exam is also part of this.

Individual learning.

Find your more personal approach to learning. In the individual learning phases, you can determine your learning pace yourself. Take the time you need and help shape your further training yourself. An open error culture is also part of our understanding of education. Because we think: Mistakes are part of an effective learning process – and help you progress.

We see ourselves as a learning company and are certified by GutCert in accordance with the two renowned QM systems DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and the AZAV (Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion). Thus, the dtz-bildungswerk is accredited as a provider of employment promotion and thus authorized to offer appropriate measures in accordance with SGB III.

1.3. OUR METHODOLOGY

Lessons at the dtz-bildungswerk take place in an appreciative atmosphere: experts meet experts. Based on the experience and knowledge of the participants, they develop their professional and interdisciplinary skills. – The teaching content is always up to date and is prepared in a pedagogically interesting way; they tie in with the experiences of the learners and exemplarily depict the complexity of the learning content. – The methods used are varied and functional. – The lessons do justice to the differences between the learners and make use of them.

2. Infrastructure

Neukölln and Kreuzberg are the trendiest parts of Berlin. Right in the middle are two locations of the dtz-bildungswerk. Here you will find a diverse selection of courses and modules in which participants can acquire specific specialist knowledge and language skills.

 

Our training center in Kreuzberg has numerous training rooms, PC rooms, a spacious cafeteria and a motivated, multilingual team that gives you a warm welcome.
